We operate a minimum 2 night stay policy for any bookings involving a Saturday night , however we do occasionally have single night spaces, so if you are only looking for one night, please do still enquire.
Terms and Conditions
Check in and check out times:
Check in and key collection from The Townhouse Hotel (directly across the street)
Our Check-in times are 16.00 - 19.00hrs.
Check out on the day of your departure is by 10:30hrs
If you have not already done so, please inform us in advance with your estimated arrival time.
As we don't have a reception, guests may have to phone to gain initial access to the property & on occasion, will be required to collect keys from our sister property: The Aberfeldy Townhouse
Stag and Hen Parties
We do not take bookings from Stag or Hen Parties
Payment can be made by:
- Cash
- All debit and credit cards except American Express
Cancellation Policy:
In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel your reservation with us, we require a minimum of 48hrs. Should your cancellation be within 48hrs of arrival, we will do our best to re-sell your room, however if we are unable to do so, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay (less any nights we manage to re-sell). In the event of a guest’s non-arrival without the cancellation of their reservation, the full amount agreed for the reservation will be deducted from the card used to secure the booking.

Free public car park is available behind Station House
Access:
Due to the our rooms being located on first and second floors, unfortunately no disabled access is available.
